Return&Refund

Osee accepts return made within 7 calendar days from the date that customers receive Osee products, this return policy is sole and exclusive for Osee's products, Osee and its vendors, agents, resellers and distributors disclaim all other return policies.

1.This right is limited to the original owner/user.

Please send return request to support@osee-dig.com to start your return procedure, we don’t accept returned products without being informed in advance.
3.
Please send back the same package as received, 100% refund will only be made upon Osee’s inspection on the returned package being complete and showing no damages.
4.
Refund will partially be made if any physical damage and/or missing part is found. At its own discretion Osee decides how much refund to be made. Osee is held no responsibility for any damage occurred in transit.
5.All return shipping should be prepaid by customer.

Warranty

Osee's all monitors come standard with 1 year warranty for hardware starting from the date of purchase, this warranty is sole and exclusive for Osee's products, Osee and its vendors, agents, resellers and distributors disclaim all other warranties.

Exlusions
The warranty provided herein shall have no effect in the situations that
(a) the product panel has equal to 3 or less dead pixels;
(b) product has been installed and/or operated outside Osee's user manual instruction, including but not limited to exposure to water, connections with inappropriate power source and imcompatible devices, misconduct, neglect, improper or inadequate maintenance and unsuitable environments;
(c) unauthorized modifications and/or repairs are made to the product;
(d) the serial number of the product has been altered or removed;
(e) failed to notify Osee of a warranted defect within 3 weeks of its discovery.

1. The warranty is limited to the original owner/user.
2. Any defect in material or workmanship within one year will either be replaced with a new one or repaired at Osee’s discretion.
3.
DOA (dead on arrival) will be replaced with a new one.
4.
Please send your request email including 1) your product's serial number, 2) pictures, videos and texts describing the symptoms of the product, 3) your invoice to support@osee-dig.com.
5.
Upon Osee’s approval on the request, a RMA number will be issued within 3 work days.
6.
For any repair within warranty, the customer should ship the monitor prepaid and Osee burdens the shipping cost to the appointed destination.
7.
Osee accepts repair request beyond warranty without labor fee charged, customers need to pay for the material cost and shipping fee for the round- trip.
8.
B-Stock products have a 90 day limited hardware warranty.
9.
EOL (end of life) products have a limited hardware warranty which is dependent on repair parts availability.
